Ingredients:
½ pound or less of combined squid, octopus, mussels, shrimp, and calamari (thawed)
4-6 large scallops (thawed)
¼ pound of organic eclectic mushrooms: oyster, ear, cremini etc.
¼ cup of organic shredded carrots
¼ cup of organic snow peas (eyeball it)
2 huge bunches/palmfuls of organic baby “spring mix” with herbs greens
