Hawaiian Salmon

This is a very simple recipe, and it tastes as if you are vacationing right there on the island. Serve it with jasmine or basmati rice enhanced with coconut milk.

 

The following ingredients are for 4 fillets. You will need about ¼ teaspoon of the following seasonings:

 

Black Hawaiian Lava Salt (go easy; remember this is salt)

Black Pepper (coarse)

Veggie Pepper

Garlic Granules

Nutmeg (pinch)

Cinnamon (pinch)

Dried Dill (pinch)

 

You will need 2 oils for drizzle:

Olive, and Sesame Oil

 

Directions:

Preheat broiler approx. 450-500°F
Drizzle your fish with the oils (very lightly, as salmon is a fatty fish) and then add your seasonings. Broil the fillets for 8-10 mins. Done!

It tastes great on the grill also.
